A master plumber for Novi, fifteen minutes up the road.

Subdivisions hitting water heater age

Novi grew fast through the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, and a lot of those subdivisions are now on their second or third water heater. When one house on the street starts replacing, the neighbors usually aren't far behind, because everything was installed the same year. If your tank is past 10 years, it's worth a plan before it becomes a puddle. Novi's municipal water is gentler on tanks than the well water out our way, so well maintained units here often reach the long end of their lifespan.

Finished basements raise the stakes

Novi might have more finished basements per mile than anywhere else we work. Carpet, drywall, home theaters, gyms. That's exactly the situation where a sump pump failure stops being an inconvenience and becomes a five figure insurance claim. We repair and replace primary pumps and we're big believers in battery backups here, because the storms that flood basements are the ones that cut the power.

Busy kitchens, hard working disposals

We handle garbage disposal jams, leaks, and replacements across Novi, usually in one visit. If it's a 30 second fix, we'll tell you on the phone for free.

From Twelve Oaks to the lakes

North of Twelve Mile, the older neighborhoods around Walled Lake and Novi Road have their own quirks, and the newer builds south toward Eight Mile have theirs. Forty-seven years in this corner of Oakland County means we've probably worked on a house like yours.
